L’Aiaccia is a full-service luxury farmhouse located within 40 acres of olive groves and woodland in the idyllic Chianti region of Tuscany, 75 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena. Originally built in the 18th century, the entire property has been beautifully transformed into a luxurious retreat while preserving its original Tuscan charm.

Perfect for up to ten guests, the property consists of three buildings: the Main house, the Porcilaia (a private apartment) and a “games” barn.

The Main house has four bedrooms, four full baths, a large living room with a working fireplace, a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen, a lovely dining room, TV room, library, and an open-air loggia with great views. The Porcilaia has a large living room, bedroom, and full bath. There are also separate laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The grounds include beautiful gardens with multiple places to relax and dine al fresco. There are two outdoor dining areas – one under a wisteria arbor overlooking the formal garden and another in the entry portico. A stunning newly renovated 15m x 5m pool is sited in the former olive terraces below the house. Above the house is a lovely terrace overlooking Castagnoli and the countryside.

Within a few minutes drive are the famous medieval hill-top villages of Chianti, historic castles, and a wealth of world-renowned vineyards and excellent restaurants.
